MEMORIES -- Where do I start ? At the beginning, I guess The first time I saw you. Geez !! I"m talking 52 years ago. My backyard graduation party from P.S. 17. Actually at Ralphie D'Amico's party next door. (Ralphie, my next door neighbor and a friend who died too young) You were looking GOOD !!! Tight skirt, showing off that great you know what. I was never much of a talker, so I really don't know where I got the nerve to ask you to dance and later invite you to my party next door.
We had a great time. The party ran late and we were loud. As a matter of fact, someone must have complained and the cops came to quiet us down. That night was the first of a million times I walked you home. You were living on Havemeyer Street with your aunt Rose. Sorry no kiss good night. But that night was the first step on a journey, that ended too soon. Love always, MARTY

Hi Grandma, I don't have any memories as of yet but I know Grandpa will tell me all about you. I look forward to all the stories.
I remember you calling me on Fridays and letting me know you were saving me a seat at St. Cecilia's Bingo. Oh, and you bought my admission board and no one dared to question you. We would always be partners (which wasn't fair because you always won). You had been taking me to Bingo since I was 15 but I never got quite as good as you. You could play 20 boards without any pennies, Unbelievable! I admired that. I miss that. It was great. Thanks for doing that. Luv u Mom. Hope your still winning.
