Ma, you might not have been the lovey dovey kind but you did things that mattered most. I appreciate everything you have ever done for me. I remember you and Daddy rearranged your whole house and gave up your bedroom for me and Jonathan to stay with you guys. That was awesome! You guys helped me out alot, and let me be the mother I wanted to be. Thank you. I remember if Jonathan would get up in the middle of the night (and be looking over the crib) and you were up, you wouldn't come in and get him you would say Rose...your son is up, he is looking at you. At the time I wanted to say well you get him, you're up already....but now, I see exactly what you were doing. Thank you.
Ma, I miss you and everyday wish you were here. I wish you were here to see Jonathan in his little Communion suit. I am sure you would called me 10 times that morning to make sure we were stopping by you before we went to Church. I know exactly what you would have said "My Jonathan, he is so handsome, Isn't he a doll! Marty, get the camera, take a picture of me and my grandson."
