Ma, We put on one of your Oldies...Just one of the memories from the stoop on Humboldt St. Those memories make me smile but they are missed so much, it hurts. We were all so close, but I suppose you gave us no other choice, lol.

Happy Mother's Day!! I went to the cemetary today and missed you like I've missed you since you have been gone. Ditto to what Rose said. Even though you were never mushy mushy you were there for me and my son when we needed you. Also changing your apartment around so Tony could have his own room. I remember coming home from his fathers' house and I knew there was no better place for me and Tony to be. You and Pop helped me so much, but you taught me how to be responsible for my son and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I remember when Tony would get up before me and you would say Anna I think he's hungry cause you knew I would get up. I remember how you, Daddy and Rose took care of him so I could go to work. Not many people can say that they were as lucky as me and Tony.
You may not have been perfect, but you were my mom and when times were tough I could always count on you and I hope you felt the same way.
